DVD Consulting Group is committed to the idea that every Small and Mid-Sized Enterprise (SME) needs a trusted advisor who can ask the vital “what if?” questions that drive organizational change and improvement. Most SMEs are led by a talented founder or executive team that has been able to build and grow the business, based on a great product or service and operational skill. In nearly every case, the business grows to a point where it becomes stuck, and needs a new infusion of leadership and expertise to move to the next level to achieve the desired goals.

Our Leadership Team

Nick DellaRova, Shareholder/President

Nick is an experienced C-level professional, focusing his consulting practice on Small and Mid-sized businesses since 2016. In the early part of his career, Nick established a base of knowledge in finance, insurance, incentive compensation plans, and building customized financial models. Subsequently, he transitioned into community banking, where he developed experience in financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, and principles of lending. After 20 years of working with some of the top entrepreneurs, investors, and business executives in the Delaware Valley region, Nick has spent the last several years using those experiences to establish a consultancy. He brings a combination of finance/accounting acumen, strategic leadership, and communications knowledge to each client relationship.

Nick holds a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University, has earned several banking certifications, and has created and delivered training programs in cash flow, accounting, finance, real estate, and relationship development. He is a lifelong resident of Gloucester County and has been active in numerous community and business organizations. He enjoys writing, coaching (baseball), Philly sports, Villanova hoops, good books, and 80’s nostalgia.

Marie Madgey, Executive Vice President

Marie concentrates her consulting practice in the areas of Business Analytics and Controllership. In the course of a business career spanning investment management, financial reporting, accounting and business finance, Marie has developed a broad range of experience across multiple disciplines. Marie is adept at organizing financial and operational data into dynamic working models that allow for faster, more accurate, and data-driven business decisions. She is highly proficient in the advanced use of Excel and other analytical tools to support and develop detailed business forecasts, budgets, and special analysis projects. Marie’s customized models have helped small business owners in various industries, ranging from manufacturing and distribution to professional services and contractors, to use their data more consistently, effectively, and accurately.

Marie holds a B.S. in Finance and a Minor in Psychology from Drexel University. She is a resident of Gloucester County and enjoys running, reading, cooking, and spending intentional time with her four boys.
